Return Eligibility   Exclusions    To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:   Unworn   Unwashed   Undamaged   In their original condition   All original tags attached   Any free gifts received with the order must also be returned if the entire order is being refunded.     Non-Returnable Items    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:   Underwear   Intimates   Shapewear   Swimwear   Personal Accessories   Wearables   Socks   All Jewelry   Other     Items marked as 'non-returnable/exchangeable' on the product page      Return Inspection    Please ensure that returned items arrive to us in good condition.    All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.   If a returned item does not meet our return requirements or fails inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.   Items that do not meet our return requirements may not be returned to the customer and will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Our refund policy requires you to submit your refund request within 30 days of receiving your package. If you wish to return your item for any reason, adhere to the timeframe. We inspect all returned products and accept returns only for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return application.     If you received a defective item due to a quality or logistics issue, please let us know when you submit your return request so we can assist you properly.     The following do not qualify as quality issues:     Production Characteristics:    *Loose threads or raw edges   *Variations in thickness or texture   *Slight colour differences due to screen settings    Subjective Preferences:    *Dissatisfaction with style, colour, or personal preference   *After-Purchase Issues   *Damage caused by wear, washing, improper care, self-repair, or modification    Sizing Discrepancies:    *Returns due to sizing issues are not considered quality defects   *Please refer to our size chart before purchasing and use sizing recommendations as guidance only.    Design Variations:    *Slight differences between items of the same size due to design features   *Refer to the product’s listed measurements for accuracy.

Free Gift Returns Policy

If you are returning only part of your order, you may keep the free gift.   If you are returning your entire order, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition for the refund to be completed, as outlined in our policy.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order for the item you want, and return the original order. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the returned package.

Processing Time  Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.  
  Refunds   Processing Time  Once your returned item has passed our inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.   Refund Method   Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after processing.  For Halara Gift Card refunds, processing takes 1-2 business days.    Please Note:  Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you paid with a method that requires manual confirmation (e.g., Klarna), we will email you for confirmation before issuing a refund. If your card is no longer valid, please contact your card issuer for assistance. The refund amount may be lower due to exchange rates or bank handling fees. We recommend checking with your provider. If a returned item does not meet our return requirements or fails inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet our return requirements may not be returned to the customer and will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Can I return or exchange an item without a receipt?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange for a different size, complete a return for the original product and place a new order for the correct size. There is no need to provide an original receipt; your return will be processed based on your order information. Please ensure the item(s) and any accompanying gifts are returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached, in accordance with our return policy.

Return Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality-related issue or error.    Some regions — including the U.S., Germany, France, the U.K., and Australia — may be eligible for free return shipping on their first order. This does not apply to cancellations.     We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

How do I initiate a return?

Go to "My Orders" → "View all" → "Return" → Return Item(s) → "Select Return Reason"→ "Return Solution"→ "Return Method"→ Submit Request.  
 
    Please Note:    1. Return Labels and QR Codes are only provided for  eligible returns .    *United States:  Return Labels and QR Codes are available depending on order details and the shipping address.    *Germany:  Only Return Labels are available for eligible orders. QR Codes are  not supported .   2. Do not send your return to the sender's address shown on your original package. This is not the return address, and using it may delay or prevent the processing of your return. Ship your return to the address indicated on the Return Label provided.   3. Ensure your return package only contains items purchased from the Halara website or app. We are not responsible for returning any unrelated items mistakenly included in your return.   4. To ensure a smooth and timely refund process, the item(s) you return must match your original return request. You must use the correct Return Label or QR Code provided. Any inconsistencies may result in delays or failed return processing.   5. Place items back in the original transparent bag with the SKU and barcode. If the original packaging is damaged, missing, or too small for all items, you may use your own clean packaging.

Halara is not responsible for issues caused by customer error during the return process, including:   *Sending returns to the wrong address   *Returning non-Halara items   *Returning used, washed, damaged, or tag-removed items   *Failing to include required documentation   *Returning items outside the allowed timeframe     Important:  All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached..    Please double-check the return address, item(s), and packaging before shipment to ensure compliance.    Halara reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy. No compensation or reimbursement will be provided for items sent incorrectly or ineligible items.
